XIII.TERMINATION <br />The District may terminate this Agreement as of June 30 of any given year of the <br />term of the Agreement, provided the District gives written notice of its intention to <br />terminate on or before the January 1 of that year. If such notice is timely provided the <br />Agreement shall terminate as of the following June 30. <br />XIV.SEVERABILITY <br />If any term of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstances shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this <br />Agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than <br />those as to which it is invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each <br />provision of this Agreement shall be valid and shall be enforceable to the extent <br />permitted by law. <br />XV.AMENDMENTS <br />Any alterations, amendments, deletions or waivers of the provisions of this <br />Agreement shall be valid only when expressed in writing and duly signed by all parties to <br />this Agreement. <br />XVI.ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between the <br />panies hereto and this Agreement may not be altered, changed or amended, except by an <br />instrument in writing, signed by the parties hereto. <br />8 <br />\
