FOR <br />A ONE DAY OFF-SITE GAMBLING PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. are licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. proposed to conduct a one day ofif-site <br />gambling activity (raffle) as part of its annual pancake bre^ast at the Orono High School on <br />January 21,2001; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. is required to obtain approval of the <br />off-site gambling activity from the city in which the activity will occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Orono City Council docs hereby <br />appiv^* 5hr ff plication of the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. to conduct a one day off-site gambling <br />activity (raffle) at the Orono High School on January 21,2001. <br />Adopted at a regular meeting of the Orono City Council this 13 th day of November, <br />2000. <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Linda S.
