• • <br />UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE <br />ORDER NO. 54014 <br />I# <br />✓ <br />c <br />c <br />WHEREAS, the United States Department of Transportation, <br />Federal Highway Administration, has published a Manual on <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, and <br />f <br />WHEREAS, such Manual has been approved by the Federal <br />Highway Administrator as the National Standard for all highways <br />open to public travel in accordance with Title 23, U. S. Code, <br />Sections 109(b), 109(d) and 402(a), and <br />WHEREAS, such Manual was developed with the cooper­ <br />ation of the American Association of State Highway Officials, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to authority vested in me, <br />and as provided in Minnesota Statutes 1971, Section 169.06, <br />Subdivision 1, I do hereby adopt and prescribe such Manual as <br />the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices For Streets <br />And Highways Of The State Of Minnesota, subject to such <br />amendments and addenda which are herewith adopted, and <br />\^ch may also be adopted from time to time in the future by <br />Commissioner’s Order. <br />% <br />This Order supercedes Order No. 32517 dated February <br />16, 1962, Order No. 49894 dated September 15, 1971 and <br />Order No. 50987 dated April 21, 1972. <br />Dated at St. Paul, Minnesota this 20th Day of <br />December, 1973 <br />Ray Lap(^^^d <br />Commissioner of Highways
