NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of James Barth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Copy of Plat is <br />attached to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Applicants shall apply for a building permit for Lot 2 within one year of final plat <br />approval or the existing accessory building shall be removed from Lot 2. <br />2.Prior to City recording of the plat for filing, applicant ’s Title Opinion and evidence <br />of fee ownership shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney, and applicant <br />shall meet any other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. <br />3.The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before May 13, 2000 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution and final copy of the plat <br />noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date <br />specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br />for subdivision review. Dated this 13th day of November, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
