The <br />following conditions of Preliminary' Plat approval are required to be met prior to council approval of final <br />plat: <br />1.Completion of requirements of Resolution No. 4549, the resolution granting preliminary approval <br />of the 2 lot subdivision. <br />2.Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Dedication on the plat of 15' of public right of way for Togo Road, a public road. <br />Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing of the plat, <br />easements and covenants in the amount of $425.00. <br />5.Payment to the City for the 1999 Navarre water plant rehabilitation plant of $360 for one additional <br />assessment for the new lot based on the 2000 fee schedule. <br />6.Payment to the City of $3,600 for a park dedication fee for one new residential lot based on 8% of <br />the value of the !ot as determined by the City Assessor, <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />The applicant has met the requirements for final plat approval and has competed the requirements of <br />preliminary approval.
