If the area in fact is a wetland WCA rules and <br />regulations apply for a permitting process and mitigation through the watershed district. <br />Hardship: <br />The property has existed as a separate parcel for many years. The property is 4.34 acres in size and <br />is sized similar to other lots in the locality.
