Per attached buildj.ng permit - Johnson signed the pcrinit with <br />the sti.pulations agreed to by all involved property owners o.. the <br />six riparian tracts (2 residential ^ < non-resicential) within ^he <br />Narrows lagoon that non-resident owners* docks be limited in <br />length to 40 feet and the mooring of 1 boat over 16 feet in lengtn. <br />The Marina ConuT.ittce directed the City staff to issue a builuing permit <br />for this specific dock prior to the execution of an amended agreement oy <br />all invoived owners because of the unanimous agreement by a*i <br />concerned including James Johnson at that same Juxie 6th meeting- <br />An inspection on June 21 , 1984 confirmed that a dock hau <br />constructed complying with the 40 feet length and 1 boat in excess Oi. 18 <br />feet length moored at the subject dock.
