N. K a.nd E are used for <br />boat docks and th : o-*.-nrrs of said lots have easenent rights over the <br />above listed Lots T, Q, p, m. L, D and B for the purposes of ingress <br />and egress to the said lots used for boat docks. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follo'ws <br />1.
