Any future revisions <br />to the site plan shall require further review by the City Council. <br />The parking area shall be relocated to accommodate a S' setback to tliC fire <br />hydrant located on the property. <br />Applicants shall work with the adjacent property owners to develop a suitable <br />vegetative buffer between the dock lot use and residential properties. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br />owners, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a permit <br />within one year of the date of Council's approval, or the special conditions <br />of this resolution will expire on that date (October 23, 2001). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the <br />terms of this resolution and on behalf of themscives, their heirs, successors <br />and assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain of <br />Title of the property. <br />Page 4 of 8
