Elizabeth Hawn, Dale Lindquist. Commissioner Charles Schroeder arrived at 6:45 p.m., and Commissions Janice Berg and LIU McMillan were absent. The following represented City Staff: City Planner/Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Van Zomeren, Assistant Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger, Senior Planning Coordinator Mike Gaffron, and Recorder Jackie Young.
