Staff recommepds reopening the <br />preliminary plat resolbion to enable Staff to draft for incoj^ration into the resolution <br />additional findings relatebto the nexus and proportion^ity issues related to the park fee. <br />Mrs. Whitehead had no commehts. She verifiedSddBf and Council reviewed her letter <br />faxed to the City Office. Gaffi on^cated th^^ was received on this date and <br />distributed for Council review. <br />Jabbour informed Whitehead that the CtobiU)lans on acting on the appUcation in a <br />timely manner.
