Sewer and water assessments were <br />paid based on the width of the lot at the time the sewer and water projects were <br />completed in this neighborhood. <br />An additional assessment is due for the 1999 Navarre water treatment plant <br />rehabilitation project. The total assessment due based on the 2000 fee schedule is <br />$360 for the new lot (Lot 2). <br />A driveway access is currently provided by an opening from Togo Road for Lot 1. <br />A new driveway access will be needed for Lot 2 from Togo Road. The Public <br />Services Director shall approve a driveway cut for Lot 2 prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />An accessory building is located on proposed Lot 2 and would remain on the property <br />following recording of the subdivision. The subdivider has agreed that the structure <br />remain on the property allowing one year from final plat approval to obtain a <br />building permit for a residence. <br />Subdivider has agreed to dedicate additional land for public right of way 15' from the <br />centerline of Togo Road. <br />Standard drainage and utility easements would be dedicated on the final plat S' along <br />interior property lines and 10' along exterior property lines. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat for <br />James Barth per preliminary plat drawings by Robert Rohlin, Land Surveyor, Meyer-Rohlin, Inc. <br />Engineers-Land Surveyors dated 9/18/00, revised 10-18-2000, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Subdivider shall pay the standard Park Dedication Fee per City ordinance for one <br />additional building lot. <br />2. Subdivider shall pay one additional assessment is due for the 1999 Navarre water <br />treatment plant rehabilitation project.
