This letter is to notify you that the City requires building <br />permits for the construction of sheds. Therefore, the City must require you to remove the shed or <br />submit a building permit application along with building plans and a survey showing the location <br />of the shed. A review will be done and if found to be in compliance with building and zoning codes, <br />a pemiit can be issued. A deadline of November 2,1999 has been established for submittals. If this <br />deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action.
