The current location of <br />this easement is a huge obstacle and deterrant in plans to improve my <br />property. I purchased an adjacent tax forfeited property and the two <br />properties have been combined. The easement cuts through the middle of <br />the newly acquired property and inhibits options for building a new garage. <br />03 <br />^4.
