All doors shall remain closed at all times, except when entering <br />or exiting the building. <br />Live entertainment will end at 12:00 a.m, each night and the Saloon shall close at <br />1:00 a.m. each night. <br />The property is subject to the sign ordinance for temporary and permanent signs. <br />No signs can be located on or outside the building without receiving a permit from <br />the City of Orono. <br />Noise shall be held to a level as to not be In violation of the Noise Ordinance. <br />The sale of intoxicating liquor requires the business have a valid liquor license with <br />the City of Orono. <br />Authorities granted by .hi> are permissive only and must be exercised <br />by application for a buildm§ within one year of the date of Council approval <br />or this conditional use permit will expire on that date (October 9, 2001). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant and owner has read, understood and hereby agrees to <br />the terras of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and <br />assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br />property. <br />Page 4 of 7
