Gappa <br />Title Director of Pub ic Services <br />Administrator Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Public Services’s Directors Report <br />Item Description: Assessment for 2090 Shoreline Drive (Head Property) Sewer Project <br />The property owners signed a "Petition for Local Improvement" requesting that an assessment <br />project be completed to install sewer for their property. This petition waived the property owner’s <br />rights to have an assessment hearing and appeal the project assessment, so an assessment hearing <br />was not held for this project. The project construction has been completed and the property <br />owners are already connected to the sewer. <br />The assessment interest rate will be 6.25%. This is the same rate as all of our other sewer <br />projects. The final assessment is less than the maximum assessment amount that was listed in the <br />petition form requesting the project. Council approval of the attached resolution adopting the <br />project assessment roll is required. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve a resolution adopting the assessment roll for the 2090 Shoreline Drive (Head <br />Property) Sanitary sewer Project '
