The additions <br />would be for a living room, mud room and a covered entrance to the existing house. The following <br />variances are required: <br />1.Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L) (2): To permit 3,170 s.f. <br />(55.1%) hardcover in the 75-250' lakeshore setback, where 3,349 s.f. (58.2%) exists and <br />1,436.5 s.f. (25%) is allowed. <br />2.Section 10.24, Subdivision 5 (B): To permit a structural addition 6' from the north property <br />line where 10’ is required. <br />3.Section 10.03, Subdivision 14 (C): Lot coverage. The proposed structural coverage would <br />be greater than 1,500 s.f. as permitted by the Code. Existing is a total of 1,881 s.f. of <br />structure, where 1,881 s.f. has been requested. The site plan has been revised to reduce the <br />total structure to 1,881 s.f. from 1,911 s.f. <br />4.Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C) (6) and Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B): To permit an <br />encroachment into the average lakeshore setback for the family room addition where the deck <br />is located and to allow improvements to the screen porch. <br />A
