V- <br />f-/ <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 9 8 2 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SEWER CONTSECTION AT <br />879 BROWN ROAD NORTH <br />AS PART OF THE <br />NORTH LONG LAKE/LONG LAKE COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION <br />SEWER PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has approved up to 50 undefined sewer units for use <br />by the City for properties outside of the MUSA but adjacent lo sewer lines; and <br />WHEREAS, the requirements regarding the 50 undefined units are that the property is <br />adjacent to a sewer linCi that it is an existing residence, and that it has a failing or non-conforming <br />septic system; and <br />WHEREAS, George Johnson has requested that his property at 879 Brown Road North be <br />provided with sewer service as part of the North Long Lake/Long Lake Country Club Addition <br />Sewer Project; and <br />YSTBEREAS, the property at 879 Brown Road North meets the requirements for the use of <br />the 50 undefined units; and <br />WHEREAS, the cost per unit for those properties participating in the sewer project has been <br />set at $13,950.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota that <br />the property at 879 Brown Road North be provided with sewer service as part of the North Long <br />Lake/Long Lake Country Club Addition Sewer Project, subject to the property being assessed in the <br />amount of $13,950.00. <br />Adopted by the City Comcil of Orono this 13th day of October, 1997. .. <br />ATTEST;
