Statement of Hardship ; <br />The applicants have included their statement of hardship in Exhibit B. The applicants should <br />also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />y^sues for Consideration ; <br />1. Currently the applicants property is two parcels. The process to legally combined them needs <br />to be completed. City of Orono ordinance prohibits an accessory structure to be dn a property <br />without a principal structure. <br />2. The accessory building will not impact adjacent properties. <br />3. This building is subject to the requirements of Section 10.03, Subd. 9(CQ3) which are <br />attached as Exhibit J which reuires the execution of an ‘Oversize Accessory Structure’ covenant. <br />4.
