Although not direcUy regulated by city code (T>pB 1 wetlmds), the <br />fillini or draining of wetlands is regulated by the Wetland Conservation Act as ^immsiered by the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and the discharge of dredge or fiU material into weUands is <br />gulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
