Staff has suggested the Planning <br />Commission hold a work session in early October to review the preliminary application, and to <br />identify questions, concerns and issues that can then be addressed in the final application that will <br />go the Planning Commission in November. A copy of the letter to Frank Dunbar regarding the <br />application review process is attached.
