Hawn indicated the <br />Planning Commission encourages the reduction in hardcover whenever possible. <br />Lindquist stated he concurs with Hawu. <br />Stoddard stated this is a difficult application t^^prove since the Planning Commission normally <br />does not grant structural coverage variances unlcsss^ardship is demonstrated. Stoddard indicated <br />the Planning Commission is a recommending body to thV^ity Council and that the City Council <br />may or may not approve this application. <br />Lindquist stated the Planning Commission can either table it to alloS^he Applicant time to revise <br />the plans or vote on the application tonight. <br />Doleman requested the Planning Commission vote on his application tonight. <br />Lindquist moved, Kl uth seconded, to recommend denial of Application #2605^[^n <br />Doleman, 1680 Shadywood Road, based on the proposed structural coverage exceei <br />15 percent limit and no hardship being demonstrated.
