i, <br />p'* <br />r;. <br />^ '‘I <br />fV: <br />m <br />J'-’ <br />LIr <br />EXHIBIT D-21 Revises/updates Police Service Policy 5 to reflect that the ^master <br />patrolman’ concept is no longer in use (because the City now has a <br />trained investigator). <br />5.Orono will pursue "the master patrolman conc ept of a high level of police officer <br />trainin g embrace the “Community Oriented Policing ” concept. All Orono officers will <br />be required to hold licenses from the Miimesota Police Officer's Standards and Training <br />Board. Each officer will be highly proficient in general police duties, and in addition will be <br />specially trained in one or more technical subjects including First Responder Training <br />(Advanced First Aid). Advanced Driving, Firearms, Narcotics, Radio, Radar, Investigations <br />and numerous other subjects.
