• • <br />L <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ^ ^ 4^ <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br />TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTIONS 10.42, SUBDIVISION 7 (G), 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (L) <br />AND 10.61, SUBDIVISION 10 (O) <br />AND APPROVES THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT <br />TO RICK BLOOMQUIST FOR THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 3333 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 10.42, SUBDIVISION 2 <br />FILE NO. 2199 <br />WHEREAS, Richard Bloomquist (hereinafter "the applicant") has an interest in <br />the property located at 3333 Shoreline Drive located within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the <br />City") and legally described as follows: <br />Tract D, Registered Land Sur\’cy No. 1422, Hennepin County', Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to tlie City for a building permit per <br />Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.42, Subdivision 2 to permit the structural additions to the <br />existing structure requiring first a review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City <br />Council before a building permit can be issued by the Orono Building staff. The application <br />includes the follow-ing variances: <br />1.
