Smith noted nothing currently exists in the record regarding that shared driveway. <br />Beutler indicated that was an agreement reached between the two parties. <br />Weinberger stated there has not been anything recorded on either property. Weinberger stated the <br />adjacent resident has been notified of this meeting. <br />Smith inquired whether the Applicant has spoken with his new neighbor regarding his proposal. <br />Beutler stated he has spoken with his neighbor who indicated he does not have any major coneems <br />regarding the proposal. Beutler indicated they have been working c.losely with City Staff to arrive <br />at a plan that would be acceptable. Beutler stated in his opinion this plan is a <br />win/win situation, with the four-season porch allowing them to enjoy the climate year-round <br />without the need for a deck or patio. <br />Smith inquired whether there were any concerns that City Staff may have relating to the recently <br />submitted grading and drainage plan. <br />Weinberger stated City Staff at this time docs not have any major concerns regarding the grading <br />and drainage plan. Weinberger stated Staff docs have a concern with the long driveway u.id the <br />lack of a tum.'’round being proviacd. The Applicant has indicated there is a waj to include a <br />tumarcsMWr u\ ?. proposal. <br />Lindquist inquired whether that would negatively impact the hardcover on this lot. <br />Weinberger stated the hardcover w-as calculated based on a larger driveway that what is being <br />proposed and should not be an issue. Weinberger stated the Applicant is aware that he needs to <br />comply with the 25 percent hardcover limit on this application. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Lindquist commented his only concern with this application was the lack of a turnaround and the <br />impact to hardcover should a turnaround be constructed, <br />Beutler indicated he is aware of those concerns. <br />PAGE 9
