RESOLUTION PROVIDING FO THE SALE OF <br />5925,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2000 <br />A.WHEREA the City Council o the City o Orono Minneso has heretofor d termined <br />that L is necessary and expedient to issue the City's $925 000 General Ob igation <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 2000 (the "Bonds") to finance the co truction of various sewer <br />improvements in the c·ty; and <br />B.WHEREAS, the City -as retained Ehlers & Associates, Inc. ·n Roseville, Minnesota <br />(''Ehlers"), as its ndependen fmancial advisor for the Bonds and is he ref ore authorized to <br />solic.i proposals in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.60 Subdivision 2(9). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I RESOLVED by the City Council orc·ty of Orono, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />2. <br />3. <br />. <br />A tho zation, Find gs.
