X.FINANCIAL MATTERS <br />Section 10.1 A Member Organization of the Alliance shall not be obligated by <br />this Agreement to expend funds. <br />XI.LIABILITY <br />Section U. 1 Each Member Organization of the Alliance agrees that it will be <br />responsible for its own acts and shall not be responsible for the acts of the other Member <br />Organizations and the results thereof. <br />Section 11.2 Nothing in this agreement creates a duty by the Alliance or any <br />Member Organization to supervise the actions of other Member Organizations <br />Section 11.3 Each Member Organization of the Alliance agrees not to seek <br />indemnification from the Allianc"; and agrees to waive and hold harmless the Alliance for <br />any claim, liability, damage, costs, penalties, or fines for any action or inaction by the <br />Alliance. <br />Section 11.4 The Alliance agrees not to seek indemnification from Member <br />Organizations and agrees to waive and hold harmless Member Organizations for any <br />claim, liability, damage, costs, penalties, or fines for any action or inaction by the <br />Member Organizations. <br />XII.WITHDRAWAL <br />A Member Organization may withdraw from this Agreement as of June 30 of any <br />given year of the term of the Agreement, provided the Member Organization gives <br />written notice to the Alliance of its intention to withdraw on or before the January 1 of <br />that year.
