RECREATION AGREEMENT OF <br />ORONO AREA SPORTS ALLIANCE <br />ARTICLE I. <br />The parties to this Agreement are Independent Sch ool Distnct No. 278 (Orono <br />School District (including Orono Community Education Sports)), Orono Baseball <br />Association, a non-profit organization, Orono Softball Association, a non-profit <br />organizatio , Orono Community Soccer, a non-profit organization Thunder Soccer, a <br />non-pro:fit organization, Orono Youth Football, a non-profit organization, Orono Hockey <br />Boosters, a non-profit organ·zation, the Park District ofLong Lake, the Park District of <br />Orono, the Park District of Maple Plain, the Park .District of Medina, the Park District of <br />Minne o uca Beach and the Park District of Independence. This Agreement i made <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Sections 471.15, et seq. <br />ARTICLE II. NAME <br />The name of the organization created by this Agreement is the Orono Area Sports <br />A Hance (hereinafter "the Al iance '). <br />AR· ICLE III.
