Gappa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Public Services's Directors Report <br />Item Description: Crystal Bay Post Office Window Replacement <br />The existing windows in the Crystal Bay Office are in poor shape and repair of these windows is <br />difficult because of the age and poor condition. The existing windows are single pane non- <br />insulated glass in aluminum frames and are not energy efficient. They will be replaced with new <br />energy efficient windows. The 2000 Capital Improvement budget contains $5,500 for this project. <br />Below is a list of quotations received for this window replacement. <br />Wayzata Windows, Wayzata Minnesota $4,735 <br />Damar Window and Glass, Savage, Minnesota $5,864 <br />We are recommending Council approval of the quotation from Wayzata Windows in the amount <br />of $4,735 for replacement of the windows in the Crystal Bay Post Office <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve replacement of Crystal Bay Post Office windows by Wayzata Windows Inc <br />in the amount of $4,735 to funded from the 2000 Capital Improvement Budget.
