It will be located next to the pool and behind the existing residence. It will include a changing room with a sink, toilet, and shower. The applicant had nothing to add. Mayor Jabbour moved, and Peterson seconded, to approve Resolution No. 4499 granting a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3(Q) to allow plumbing in an accessory structure to include a toilet, sink, and shower.
