It will be located <br />next to the pool and behind the existing residence. It will include a changing room with a <br />sink, toilet, and shower. <br />The applicant had nothing to add. <br />Mayor Jabbour moved, and Peterson seconded, to approve Resolution No. 4499 <br />granting a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, <br />Subdivision 3(Q) to allow plumbing in an accessory structure to include a toilet, <br />sink, and shower. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />Mayor Jabbour stated he had attended a mayor’s meeting where they unanimously <br />supported adding officers to the lake to better enable the sheriff to enforce water safety <br />laws. The Council discussed the process for arresting a boater for Boating While <br />8
