Any incidental repair or processing necessary to conduct a permitted <br />principal use, provided that the incidental use shall not exceed 30% of the floor space of tli-’ <br />principal building. <br />G.Public Telephone Booths. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />H.Communication Reception/Transmission Devices. <br />1 .Accessory Antennas. Accessory antennas shall be limited to radio and <br />television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, TVRO's, and amateur short-wave radio transmitting <br />and receiving antennas. Accessory antennas that are accessory to the principal use of the property <br />are permitted accessory uses in all zoning districts provided they meet the following conditions: <br />a.Height. A ground mounted accessory antenna shall not exceed <br />twenty (20) feet in height from ground level. <br />b.Yards. Accessory antennas shall not be located within the required <br />front yard setback, comer side yard setback or side yard setback abutting a street. <br />c.Roofs. If vegetation or obstructions interfere wdth satellite signals <br />at a location in any allowable placement area, the accessory antenna may be placed on the roof of <br />any authorized stmcture on the premises. <br />d.Accessory antennas shall not be located writhin a required yard or <br />setback area or within drainage or utility easements. Antenna towers shall be set back from adjacent <br />property lines a horizontal distance no less than the maximum height of the antenna. <br />e.Building Permits. A building permit shall be required for the <br />installation of any accessory antenna requiring a conditional use permit. Building permit <br />applications shall be accompanied by a site plan and structural component data for the accessory <br />antenna, including details of anchoring.
