The changes <br />will provide you with higher reliability, better picture quality' and more channel options. <br />This new fiber optic system will give our customers the best cable has to offer today, with <br />options for advanced communication services in the future. <br />The upgrade in your system will include replacing the electronics in the system, upgrading <br />the satellite and antenna receiver site, upgrading the coaxial trunk system with fi^r optic <br />technology and the replacement of all cable that does not meet the standards of the <br />upgrade. <br />Prior to performing any w ork, a member of our construction group will contact each utility <br />company to check for unmarked underground facilities. Authorized representatives from <br />those companies will mark utilities such as gas and electric. Upon completion of the work at <br />each location, properties will be restored to their original condition. <br />We are excited about the choices and services our new cable technology will bring to our <br />customers in Orono. We are committed to minimize any disruptions and apologize for any <br />inconvenience our activities may cause.
