Jackson stated in his view the Club has done a good job with seeing that the is <br />closed at 8:00 p.m., and whenever a problem has arisen that they arc aware of. the Club has tiVv«i <br />steps to see that it does not happen again. Jackson noted he was unaware of the problem that <br />apparently occurred on New Year's Eve. Jackson indicated the Club has installed signs that read <br />no exit. <br />Hawn suggested the employees be told of the proper use of this road. <br />Storch stated she would be in agreement with a punch card type system, but that she still has a concern <br />about this road becoming two-way in the future. <br />Smith suggested that the neighbors be given the name of a person at the club that they could contact <br />in the event of a problem. <br />Jackson stated he is unsure whether the Club would be willing to bear the expense of having someone <br />sit at the gate 24 hours a day to insure that the road is only used during the appropriate hours. Jackson <br />stated the members are routinely reminded of the regulations regarding this road and the fact that it is a <br />one-wav road. <br />Storch indicated the situation has improved, biu that she has almost gotten hit by someone going the <br />PAGE 19 <br />aha
