If this event is <br />the same as last year, and is expected to include as many as 2500 riders, it is the police <br />department recommendation, in order for the permit to be issued, the applicant must obey the <br />following guidelines: <br />Compliance with the City Large Assembly ordinance <br />Must obey all traffic control <br />No impeding of traffic <br />Staging area must provide release of riders at timed intervals <br />Provide for volunteers and professional traffic management where needed. <br />i
