A RESOLUTION AWARDING <br />THE CONTRACT FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF SAIVITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />IN THE FOX RIDGE AREA <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of sanitary <br />sewer improvements in the Fox Ridge improvement area, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that MinnComm Utility Construction Company, Mora, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a construction <br />contract with MinnComm Utility Construction Company, Mora, Minnesota, in the <br />name of the City of Orono for the installation of sanitary sewer improvements in the <br />Fox Ridge area according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the <br />City Coui:'''il and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $ 127,970.00. <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on July 10, <br />Linda S.
