Erosion control measures shall be in place prior to any land alteration activities, <br />and shall not be removed until such time Staff authorizes removal. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />The fill removed from ponding areas shall be placed in the locations and to the <br />grades as shown on the site plans on file with the City of Orono. <br />All land alteration shall be subject to final approval by the City Engineer. <br />The use of the building shall be limited to storage of the salt/sand product. <br />The three lots that exist on the property shall be combined into one tax parcel. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the owner, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit and <br />land alteration permit within one year of the date of Council's approval, or the <br />special conditions of this resolution will expire on that date (June 26, 2001). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of itself, its successors and assigns, hereby agrees to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 6 of 9 <br />1
