The site is located at 1270 Spruce Place in the sollthwe^l quarter of Section 8. We have the <br />following comments in regards to engineering mutters. <br />The revised drainage area map and calculations appear to be acceptable. The re-grading of the site will <br />send approximately 0.06 acres of drainage area to the swale north of Elaine Erickson’s daughters house. <br />This re .suits in an increase of 0.16 cfs of storm water routed through this swale during a 100-year storm <br />event. This anoimt of additional runoff is relatively insignificant. <br />Propo ed grading, wall removal and wall construction is shown right up to the north and south lot lines. <br />This nas created problems between neighbors in other parts of the City. We recommend that easements <br />from the affected property owners be acquired prior to any grading activity. <br />Silt fence should installed prior to any grading and remain in place until vegetation has been established. <br />Details for the proposed new retaining walls should be submitted for review. <br />Please contact me at (651) 604-4863 if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly. <br />BONESTROO, ROSENE.
