.L <br />-I1.1^. <br />t' <br />All documents and classroom training sessions produced by SafeAssure Consultants for The <br />City of Orono Public Wor>.:s are for the sole and express use of The City of Orono Public <br />Works and its employees and are not to be shared, copied, or used hy any division, <br />department, subsidiary, or parent organization, or any entity whatsoever without prior <br />written approval of SafeAssure Consultants. <br />It is always the practice of SafeAssure Consultants to make modifications and/or additions to your <br />program when necessary to comply with changing OSHA standards/statutes. Changes and/or <br />additions, when made during a contract year, will be made at no additional cost to The City of <br />Orono Public Works. <br />SafeAssure consultants does not take responsibility for financial loss due to OSHA Hues or <br />any other factors within The City of Orono Public Works. <br />A tentative training schedule (attached) will be implemented with times and dates convenient to <br />most employees. <br />These programs/policies and procedures listed on the addendum do not include the cost of <br />additional equipment, signs, labels, etc. required to meet applicable Standards/Statutes. <br />J
