RUDD, 4575 WAYZATA BOULEVARD, SUBDIVISION FOR PLATTING <br />A PUBLIC ROAD ADJACENT TO A PROPOSED SIX LOT PLAT LOCATED IN CITY OF MEDINA, <br />7:29 p.m. - 7:48 p.m. <br />Kris Rudd, Applicant, was present. <br />Weinberger stated the Applicant Is proposing to plat a segment of a road that Is Intended to be <br />a public road over a lot located at 4575 Wayzata Boulevard West. The total length of the road <br />located In Orono would be approximately 450 feet, ending in a cul-de-sac at the east end of the <br />property. Weinberger noted this lot is adjacent to the City of Medina. <br />Weinberger stated the entire concept for this development Involves having access off of Town Line <br />Road, which is located in the western most part of Orono, with a double road entering the <br />development, going through the Rudd property, and ending In a cul-de-sac. Issues relating to access <br />have been raised In the past relating to properties located to the east of the proposed road. <br />Page 11
