1 •IT <br />Mr. Gaffron, we would like to work with you on this issue to develop solutions ^at protect rights <br />and maximize the quality of life for our neighborhood. It’s unfortunate that this situation exists <br />and there probably is not an easy answer, but the issues need to be addressed and the sooner the <br />better.
