Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />RE: Resolution 4316 <br />Dear CouncQ <br />I petition the Council to reconsider its action as to resolution 4316 on <br />6/28/99 no parking on Shadywood Road North of the Narrows Bridge. As the <br />property owner of tracks Q & RI feel you have crewed a hardship for me. <br />I’m limited to one car on my property by the conditional use permit <br />other property in the area is not. I believe there to be adequate room for <br />parking and right turn lanes in the area. <br />I started parking bn the street per the request of a few of the proj^rty ^ ^ <br />owners on the south end, as they felt I was damaging the slip road by dnvmg <br />on it, even throu^ I have the right to do so.
