Staff has drafted approval resolutions and an ordinance rezoning the <br />portion of Navarre Lane that has been vacated. The resolutions approve the following: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Commercial Site Plan for a Snyder ’s drug store. <br />Variances to permit hardcover to exceed 35% in the 500' to 1000' lakeshore setback. <br />Code Amendment to add drug stores as a conditional use in the B-5 district. <br />Vacation of a part of undeveloped Navarre Lane. <br />Rezoning that portion of Navarre Lane to be vacated to B-5. <br />Conditional Use Permit to permit a drug store on the property. <br />As of the time of this memo revised plans have not been submitted by the applicants. The applicants <br />have stated they would have a complete set of plans prior to the Council meeting. <br />Council Action Requested: <br />To adopt the draft attached resolutions as amended, subject to Engineering approval. <br />1
