The <br />maximum total cost of these projects is $1,100,000. The City may finance a portion of the initial <br />expenditures on these projects internally, but expects to issue bonds to finance the projects and to <br />reimburse any City expenditures for the projects. The attached resolution is required for the purpose <br />of complying with treasury regulations to permit the reimbursement of expenditures for projects with <br />the proceeds of tax exempt bonds. <br />COUNCIL ..CTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution declaring reimbursement intent for sewer projects. <br />. .-ui- If I imiriniiii
