Enforcement; Violation. <br />A. Enforcement. It shall be the duty of the Building Official to enforce the <br />provisions of this Section and to bring to the attention of the prosecuting attorney any violations or <br />lack of compliance herewith. <br />B. Civil Enforcement. Appropriate actions and proceedings may be taken by <br />law or in equity to prevent any violation of the provisions of this Section to prevent unlawful <br />construction, to recover damages, to restrain, correct or abate a violation, to prevent illegal <br />occupancy of a building, or to prevent continued use of a n on-eon fbrming non-comoliant oifsite <br />syst em. If any provision of these standards or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions <br />of these standards or application of any other part of these standards which can be given effect <br />without application of the invalid provision.
