6.All access to Lots 1, 2 and 3 shall be via Outlot A, Tonkawa Shores. No direct <br />access to Tonkawa Road or North Shore Drive shall be permitted. An private <br />easement exists across the property to the south of Lot 1 for access to the preexisting <br />property. The City of Orono recognizes the access easement is required to the <br />adjacent property to the west. However access for Lot 1, Tonkawa Shores 2nd <br />Addition shall be required only from Outlot A, Tonkawa Shores. No temporary or <br />permanent access shall be permitted via the driveway easement to North Shore Drive <br />for any lots in Tonkawa Shores 2nd Addition. <br />7. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder’s Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before November 8, <br />2000 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of <br />the easements, deeds and final copy of the plat noted above. <br />The approval granted by thi. resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date <br />specified above.
