Back in April, 1999, the City Council granted lot area variance for this pr operty to permit <br />the construction of a seasonal d\\·elling on the property. As of today's date, the City has not <br />rece·ved a request for a building pennit frorr the Apolicant. The property is 4.3 acres in size <br />and is landlocked.
