ORDINANCE NO.___, 2ND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />THE 2000 FEE SCHEDULE <br />The City Council of Orono ordains: <br />Section 1. Ordinance Amended. Ordinance No. 194, 2nd Series entitled "An Ordinance <br />Adopting the 2000 Fee Schedule" is hereb\ amended to revise the sewer connection charges related <br />to the 1999 Orono Orchards Sewer Impro\ ement Project. The amendment changes the connection <br />charges, from $16,445 to $22,000 per unit. This revised per-unit connection includes the project <br />costs without the city subsidy to reduce the project assessment. <br />SEWER PROJECTS <br />1998 Shoreline/Heritage Sewer $16,700.00 <br />99-1 Orono Orchard Sewer $16,445.00 $22,000.00 <br />99-2 Edge wood Hills Sewer $27,960.00 <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
