6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />restrictions and private roadway easement wherein any lot shall be sold, transferred <br />and conveyed together with an undivided one-twenty-fifth interest in Outlot A <br />whereby benefitting lot owners covenant and agree to permanently maintain and pay <br />cost of maintenance for said private road. <br />Dedication to the City and to the owners of lots in Willow View drainage and utility <br />easements over all detention areas and drainageways within the plat providing for <br />limitations on the use of these areas and shown on the plat as drainage and utility <br />easements. <br />Preliminary approval of a storm water management plan, and grading and erosion <br />control plan by the Miimehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />Execution of a Subdivider's Agreement providing for the installation of <br />improvements required as a condition of subdivision approval, including roads, <br />drainage and stormwater facilities, water mains, sanitary sewer, landscaping and <br />posting of security to ensure that these required improvements are completed to the <br />City's satisfaction, the design of said improvements subject to approval of the City <br />Engineer and letter of credit subject to approval of the City Attorney. <br />Trail easements granted over the conservation outlots, and between lots 7 and 8, <br />Block 1 to allow public non-motorized access through Willow View. <br />10.Final landscaping plan has been approved by Staff and plantings shall be provided <br />as per City Ordinance. <br />11 .Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing <br />of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $400.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Willow View, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Copy of Plat is attached <br />to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Letter of Credit in the amount of $910.245 will be submitted to the City of Orono on <br />April 24, 2000. The figure includes 150% of the total costs of improvements as <br />specified in the Developer ’s Agreement minus the City of Orono’s contribution of <br />Page 2 of 6
