The Bancor Group has completed nearly <br />all requirements of Preliminary approval. The plat document has been approved by Hennepin <br />County and two original mylars will be available for the Council meeting. The only outstanding <br />issues that remain are as follows: <br />■Letter of Credit in the amount of $910.245 will be submitted to the City of Orono on April <br />24,2000. The figure includes 150% of the total costs of improvements as specified in the <br />Developer’s Agreement minus the City of Orono ’s contribution of 50% of the costs for the <br />water main extension from the school property and the full cost of extending the water <br />service to the north and south property lines along Willow Drive. <br />■The MCWD will review the permit request at their April 25, 2000 meeting. The MCWD <br />Staff has indicated they did not anticipate any issues that would change lots lines or the <br />storm water management plan.
