D <br />ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA, AMENDING CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER ja, SECTION 44» SUBDIVISION 4 BY ADDING ’’DRUG STORE” AS A <br />CONDITIONAL USE IN THE ”B-5 " LIMITED NEIGHBORHOOD ZONING DISTRICT <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. An amendment to Chapter 10, Section 44, Subdivision 4 adding the following use to <br />the list of conditional uses in the B-5 Limited Neighborhood Zoning District. <br />10.Drug store, subject to the following condition: <br />a.Hours of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a <br />drive-thru service. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in THE LAKER/PIONEER newspaper and shall be <br />effective immediately. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Miimesota at its regular meeting held the <br />24th day of April, 2000 by a vote of_____ayes and______nays.
